Students take what they learn beyond the classroom through cultural activities, excursions, and authentic opportunities to use English. Our summer camp programs combine classes with experiences such as Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, University of Washington, Snoqualmie Falls, museums, and outdoor activities.

Students shall pay 50% of the total amount of the summer camp fees plus all add-on fees no later than 90 days before the start of the program. The full balance is due 60 days before the start of the program.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Summer Camp Program
- Students shall inform us of the cancellation of your commitment no later than 60 days before the start of the program. The IEEOA reserves the right to withhold 30% of the deposit or the amount of the expenses already incurred in preparation for the program prior to the cancellation, whichever is higher.
- Airfare
- Airfare refunds are subject to the airline's fare rules, cancellation policy, and ticket terms at the time of purchase. Any applicable airline cancellation or change fees may be deducted from the refund. Some tickets may be non-refundable.
- Mobile Data / eSIM
- Mobile data and eSIM purchases are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
- Airport Transportation in Taiwan
- Airport pickup and transportation services in Taiwan are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days before the service.
- Health / Travel Insurance
- Refund eligibility is subject to the insurance provider's terms and the coverage start date.

Ph.D. Chaperone On-Site
Parents can feel confident knowing that a Ph.D. level educator remains locally throughout the summer camp program, providing students and families with additional support and a trusted local point of contact.
